How Tree Removal Works

Every tree removal starts with a free quote — either from photos you send on WhatsApp, or a site visit for more complex jobs. Once we agree a price, I’ll book a date that works around your schedule.

On the day, I’ll section the tree down carefully and safely, working from the top down where needed to protect your garden and surroundings. All work is carried out to British Standard BS3998.

Drop & Stack — the lower cost option

Rather than removing all the waste from site, I cut the timber into manageable logs and stack them neatly in your chosen spot. Brash is bundled tidily on site. This keeps costs down significantly and is ideal if you want logs for a fire or simply want to save money. Your garden is left clean and tidy — just with a neat pile of timber.

Full Removal — all-in option

Everything goes. All timber and green waste is removed from your property and disposed of responsibly. Your garden is left completely clear. This option is quoted based on the volume of waste and access — I’ll include it in your quote so there are no surprises.

What affects the price?

Tree removal pricing depends on several factors — the size and height of the tree, how close it is to fences or buildings, how easy it is to access, and whether you want full removal or drop & stack. A small garden tree in an open space will cost significantly less than a larger tree close to a boundary.

The best way to get an accurate price is to send me 2–4 photos on WhatsApp — whole tree, base, and what’s nearby. I’ll come back to you with a clear, honest quote usually the same day.
